Shirley and Christine(mother and daughter) were amazing. They are the epitome of A+ customer service. It was welcoming considering how much worse great service has gotten post pandemic. They greeted me, provided water and explained my options in detail. We had a nice conversation, felt like talking to old friends/family. Shirley also noticed when I came back and already had my unit opened for me. These ladies are BEYOND amazing and kind. Great location, prices, service owners and employees. I could go on and on. If you need a storage unit, stop by, promise you will not be disappointed

Wonderful ladies! I am so glad that I made the decision to lease my unit from this location. I had been extremely stressed with my move.. The patience and understanding that I received, was beyond perfect. I have been telling all of my friends and customers about this location. We all have busy lives and I am sure Kristine and her mom, communicate with a lot of people daily. They are genuinely good people and will insure your belongings are safe, while on this property. Thank you all so much for all of your help and your attentiveness. Additional stars (******)

Christine and Shirley have been absolutely wonderful to work with. As the facility was still being built I was able to get on the waiting list. There were some construction delays, but Christine consistently kept me updated on progress which was much appreciated. I am in and out of the facility daily, and Christine and Shirley are always a breathe of fresh air. They always greet with a smile and make you feel welcome. If you are looking for a new storage location this is the one.

UPDATE: Mr.Brown Gill was kind enough to reach out to me and help me resolve my ongoing issue. I really appreciate his help resolving this matter as I have been really stressed about this for months. My storage unit was robbed and storage towne refuses to take blame since they were bought out by Public Storage. I bought a storage unit from Storage Towne in January of 2019. I always paid for the insurance and I bought everything I needed including the lock I use for the storage unit. I had no issues with my unit until January 2020. When I went to pay my rent for my storage unit on February 7th, 2020, I opened my unit to check on my items and noticed that my Ugg boot,Vince Camuto Knee boots, 55'' LG smart flat screen TV, and 65" Vizio smart flat screen TV. Both TV's were brand new , still in the box, and had never been touched. There was also damage that had been done to the back of my brand new leather couch. I immediately filed a police report regarding this matter and had it added to my file. I have been going back and forth with Storage Towne regarding me filing an insurance claim but they refuse to give me the insurance information I paid with them for the month of January. I am very frustrated about this because I had no issues with my unit until Storgae towne was bought out on the 17th of January (per Public Storage). I just want to be able to file an insurance claim and not just have to deal with the fact that my items have been stolen from my unit It's not fair to have to have been paid on my insurance all this time and not be able to file should something happen to my unit. Update: Storage Towne and I were finally able to come to an agreement.
