💳Past Due Reminder
The Account is considered past due as of 12:01am on the 6th of the month and a $10 late fee added and access to the facility denied. Other late fees apply per location lease agreement.
ANY past due account paid after the office has closed or within 30 minutes till closing time will result in the overlock NOT being removed until the next business day. Please remember the online system can take up to 30 minutes to notify the staff of an Online Payment. If you need access, it is your responsibility to make sure the bill is paid on time.
Past Due Accounts During Severe Weather
- For safety reasons, overlocks will not be removed during storms.
- If your account is past due, the overlock will be removed once weather conditions permit and your account is current.
