Limited access hours have been lifted, and the facility has returned to normal gate access hours. However, please be advised that weather-related conditions remain in some areas of the property.

• Portions of the parking lot remain icy
• The gate area may still have slick spots
• North-facing buildings and shaded areas continue to hold snow and ice
⚠️ Safety Reminder:
Customers visiting the facility should use extreme caution when driving or walking on the property. Conditions may vary by area, and icy surfaces may not always be visible. If you do not need immediate access to your unit, we encourage postponing your visit until conditions fully improve. We will continue to monitor conditions and address areas as weather allows. I truly LOVE Storage Town in Germantown!! I have several Units there and Property managers, Shirley and Christine who are now like family, made the whole process as easy as possible!! I have been having my units there for several months now and it truly has been such a great experience that I really don’t want to ever switch storage facilities ever again! It’s is truly a night and day experience vs when I had my storage over at E.S. which really sucked and they kept going up on prices every time you sneezed. Storage Towne of America, Shelby Drive Location is a 5 Star Storage Units Facility. My Son occupies a unit here under the Leadership of Chris and Susan! They are truly a great asset, presenting friendly personality and professionalism to all that comes in contact with them. My son downsized his unit, and Chris totally went above and beyond his duty to assist us in making the transaction very smooth. Since Chris and Susan have been at the Shelby Drive location. They have both been very helpful in assisting me with my concerns. When you walk in to pay your bill, it’s a very friendly hello and warm and welcoming smile. I would highly recommend this location because of the staff and their professionalism and love for their customers.
