I’ve rented storage spaces before, but this one is truly the best. Clean, air-conditioned, and so easy to get in and out of — even with movers. The process has been effortless (and honestly, pleasant!). The management team is wonderful and keeps everything running beautifully.

I must give this commendation to Christine whose customer service iwas superb!!!! For my initial call, she was kind, courteous, professional, and informative. I am excited about renting a storage space from Storage Town of America.

I truly LOVE Storage Town in Germantown!! I have several Units there and Property managers, Shirley and Christine who are now like family, made the whole process as easy as possible!! I have been having my units there for several months now and it truly has been such a great experience that I really don’t want to ever switch storage facilities ever again! It’s is truly a night and day experience vs when I had my storage over at E.S. which really sucked and they kept going up on prices every time you sneezed. If you looking for a clean, family oriented and great facility, then I highly recommend Storage Towne in Germantown.I would give Six stars if it was an option!

Since Chris and Susan have been at the Shelby Drive location. They have both been very helpful in assisting me with my concerns. When you walk in to pay your bill, it’s a very friendly hello and warm and welcoming smile. I would highly recommend this location because of the staff and their professionalism and love for their customers.

Exceptional staff, clean units, clean parking lot, they gave us gatorades when we were hot and thirsty, they have icy cold bottles of water available at all times, it's easy to pay, and if you're late they don't try to bleed your bank account dry. All the units have lights in them. Most storage places make you store your things in the dark, which is really hard after sundown.
