Storage Towne makes the process of renting a storage unit convenient and easy through the companies website. The managers, Shirley and Christine are available onsite to answer any questions. They are both wonderful! They sell locks in the office so you don’t have to make another stop to buy one. The units and parking lot are always clean. The facility is well lit. I highly recommend Storage Towne.“

Top-notch service and people who actually care about their customers! The attendants here are so kind and genuinely care about you! I feel great about the protection of my storage unit! The property is clean, tidy, and well cared for! They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent! The process of renting and storing our belongings was smooth and simple! Christine and Shirley are awesome. I’m an out of town contractor who was brought to Memphis to work pipe freeze claim for the mid Jan freeze event.
The facility is incredibly clean and secure.

I needed a storage unit for my work samples. After checking out several near my house I chose Storage Towne of America - Germantown. This newly built, secure facility has onsite managers. The front lobby office, the storage buildings, and the grounds are maintained beautifully by Christine and her Mom. Regular spraying by professional exterminator ensures there are not bugs. Christine and her Mom are always professional and personable.. Even checking on me when I spend more than a couple hours sorting in my unit. Offering water or Gatorade. If you need a storage unit for short or long term storage I highly recommend Storage Towne of America in Germantown. They are the best.
